A two day course - coaching skills

The first day will build upon the basic principles of NLP and coaching – managing state, rapport, and achieving goals, plus you will begin to learn NLP tools and techniques that you can use as part of any coaching model. We will begin with GROW and then experiment with other coaching structures such as SCORE, CLEAR and CREATE. Learn powerful coaching questions and find out more about NLP language patterns.

On the second day you will practice coaching with more advanced NLP tools such as Neurological Levels, The Disney Strategy and Hierarchy of Values.   

Everyone will take away a workbook, plus a copy of the NLP Coach by Ian McDermott – one of my favourite books and authors

There is the option to achieve a coaching qualification with inspired2learn (additional costs apply). Just ask for more information about our self study route to achieving a fully accredited qualification in coaching at level 3 or 5.
