Open to all Head Teachers in Wiltshire
This practical event will introduce you to the history and basic principles of NLP– managing state, rapport and achieving goals.
I will show you how these are applicable to your own practice as a senior leader, as well as working with young people and your colleagues in school and beyond.
NLP is the art of personal excellence. NLP is great for understanding yourself or other people better, improving communication and unlocking potential and brilliance.
At the end of the morning you will be able to. understand the impact of language and use it for positive impact. manage stress and have choice over your emotions. access inner resources such as energy and confidence whenever you want them.
Understand your communication preferences and develop flexibility in communicating with others.
Communication is an essential part of your work and this event will begin to teach you skills and techniques for you to use. You will be given case studies of how NLP is being used in schools and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
There is no charge for this event. I am passionate about how NLP can benefit schools and I believe that many of the messages, tools and techniques from NLP are of huge benefit to young people and the adults that work them. Come along and find out more – this is not a marketing event, but a genuine workshop to give you taste of what NLP can offer.

' I thoroughly enjoyed the NLP for
schools day, in particular the opportunity to work with other educational
professionals but from different organisations. I came away feeling
reinvigorated to try new techniques within my own training and inspired to
learn more about the subject. There was a good balance of practical and
discussion and all the little extras around the edges made for a great learning
environment! I thought the format of having an optional extra at the end worked
really well and I personally thought it was a valuable extra hour. Many
thanks.'

Case Studies
The document below details several case studies from teachers who have already undertaken NLP training with inspired2learn.
All of these teachers have gained a Diploma in NLP. As part of their professional development they have reflected upon the ways in which their NLP INSET has been useful to them and all have written a case study about a specific situation where tools and techniques from their training course have had a great impact at school.
In addition to teachers, two of the case studies above are from education welfare officers who are working with young people, their families and other stakeholders to improve school attendance.
