Clare M Smale
Clare is skilled in creating strategies for personal change through coaching and NLP techniques, particularly for senior leaders and those aspiring to leadership posts. Clare's passion is for coaching and NLP. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and an ANLP (Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming) registered trainer. She has a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching (ILM).
With 13 years of successful teaching and management experience in schools, Clare is currently a leadership and personal development coach and lead educational consultant for Inspired 2 Learn. In addition to over 800 hours of coaching experience, her roles have include National College Consultant for the former Fast Track teacher programme and Trainer for the High Impact Coaching programme (CfBT on behalf of The London Challenge & the National College). She has been a judge for National Teaching Awards (West Panel) for four years.
Clare designs, delivers and assesses CMI leadership and management programmes and ILM coaching awards. In 2003 Clare founded Teaching Expertise Magazine. This innovative journal was published for three years with subscribers worldwide, before it was sold to Electric Word PLC in 2006.
Clare was an excellent coach and trainer and very approachable, which made the day more relaxing.

Emergency Services Sailing Challenge 2009
We recently delivered an extensive programme of leadership and management training for Wiltshire Police and we were delighted to sponsor the Wiltshire Police Sailing Team (in support of the UK Firefighters Charity and the Care of Police Survivors charity).
Barrie Smale presents a sponsorship cheque to Ruth Hudson. Inspired2learn is also pelased to be sponsoring the Wiltshire Police rugby team.
Inspired2learn is also pleased to be able to support Charity Days. This is a group of trainers who have volunteered to give their time free of charge to registered charities to help them make a bigger difference by making the training budget go further.
